This could work as a Full-Ass game!

Thanks!
Definitely has that late Flash-era feel, it's a shame that Ruffle development is stagnate right now.
This game is amazing for a beta-build! While the overworld art is a bit basic, and the lack of music is a little unnerving (this FEELS like it should have music!), but this is an unfinished build, so these problems are likely to get resolved in the future. The game's concept of being a procedurally generated tower defense is very unique and adds quite a bit of replay value, and the corruption mechanic makes it so you have to think if you want to repair your old towers or build new ones.
10/10 Would probably buy the finished game on Steam.
A bit simple, but lays the groundwork for the rest of the series, though I do think the guy's should be smaller, so you can fit them in-between the gaps of the roads like in Bloons Tower Defense.
8.4/10 Makes a nice time-waster!
???
Is this a proof-of-concept? An alpha build? The very soul of this game feels unfinished. Not rushed or poorly made, it just needs a little more time in the oven. (and more then one level)

Neat concept, but the art is too simple, the controls are NES-level jank, and the gameplay loop is quite bland.
4/10 Where's the beef?
My hand hurts.
Can't play SHMPs for the life of me, but the art direction and sound design is quite nice, and very reminiscent of the "Neo-bit" style found in Indie games like Celeste and Shotgun King. That and the controls worked quite well (despite my poor inputs), never in the brief time I was playing did it feel like I was hampered by the controls.
9/10 I can't play SHMPS but it looks nice :)
thanks for playing and the positive feedback, much appreciated!
